Terms & Conditions

By booking or purchasing a class, package, private session, workshop, or other service from Lighthouse Yoga, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Bookings & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon successful payment.

Prices and package validity will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase.

2. Packages

Class packages are personal to the registered client and may not be transferred or shared with another person unless approved by Lighthouse Yoga.

Each package must be used within its stated validity period. Unused sessions expire at the end of the validity period unless otherwise required by applicable Saudi regulations.

3. Cancellation & No-Shows

Class cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled class.

Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the class, and no-shows, will result in the booked session being deducted from the client’s package.

If Lighthouse Yoga cancels a class, the session will be returned to the client’s package or an alternative class will be offered.

4. Refunds

For purchases made electronically, clients may request cancellation and a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided the service has not been used or benefited from, subject to applicable Saudi laws and regulations.

Once a client has attended or used the purchased service, the service will be considered utilised and the standard refund right above will no longer apply to that utilised service.

Any additional refund rights required by Saudi law remain unaffected.

5. Late Arrival

Please arrive approximately 10 minutes before your class.

For safety and to avoid disrupting the session, Lighthouse Yoga reserves the right to refuse entry after a class has started. The session may be considered used in the case of late arrival.

6. Schedule Changes

Class schedules and instructors may occasionally change.

Lighthouse Yoga will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of significant changes. If Lighthouse Yoga cancels a booked class, the session will not be deducted from the client’s package.

7. Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for informing the instructor before participating of any injury, pregnancy, medical condition, physical limitation, or other relevant circumstance that may affect their ability to participate safely.

Clients are responsible for practising within their individual abilities and following the instructor’s safety guidance.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Saudi law.

8. Minors

Participants under the age of 18 require the consent of a parent or legal guardian where applicable.

9. Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings while attending Lighthouse Yoga.

Lighthouse Yoga will not be responsible for loss or damage except where liability is imposed by applicable law.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected through our website, booking system, or studio will be handled in accordance with applicable Saudi data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Packages or Services

Lighthouse Yoga may reasonably modify schedules, instructors, or class offerings when operationally necessary.

Any changes affecting an existing paid booking or package will be handled fairly and without prejudice to the client’s rights under applicable Saudi law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory requirement of Saudi law, the applicable law will prevail.

By completing a purchase or booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
